    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. We will try to get to the source of that bad publicity. That is because, clearly, there was somebody who was manipulating the Press. We tried to get the source and the people from the media said that they could not disclose the source. They refused to disclose the source of that information. But you can see it was more of a concerted effort to bring bad publicity on that bank. I feel for the depositors. I have met a few of them and I have heard their cries. Some have explained how their businesses collapsed. Some of the contractors who had money there had been awarded contracts. But they were unable to fulfill them. I feel for them and if there is something I can do to alleviate their suffering, I would like to assure this House that I would like to do it. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, lastly, I agree with what hon. Mwau has said. I will get the report and then discuss it with the CBK and we will come up with a solution to this matter because it cannot continue forever."
