    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5(2) be amended by deleting the same and replacing therewith the following. “Two persons nominated by the President elect and one person nominated by the Presidential runners up”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we have discussed with the Minister. Based on the discussion with him, I will drop this particular amendment on Clause 5(2). Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5(3) be further amended by deleting the words “at least thirty days before the date of the general elections” and replacing with the words “upon commencement of this Act.” Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, there was some timeline conflict."
