We had proposed that Clause 5(2) be amended as proposed by hon. Odhiambo- Mabona in the first part which should read:- “By adding a new sub-clause “q”, which is, the Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for matters relating to local Government.” If you are agreeable to that one, then we will dispose it.
