    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 5- (b) deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefore the following new sub-clause (4) The Principal Secretary in the Ministry responsible for the matters relating to the Cabinet office shall be the secretary to the Committee. The rationale for that is that the person designated here as the secretary of the Committee is the Principal Secretary responsible for matters relating to the Cabinet Office. That is what we are trying to amend."
