    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13(2) be amended by adding the words “save that the Deputy Chief Justice shall undertake the tasks only in circumstances where the Chief Justice is incapacitated”. The purpose of this is that the swearing in will be either by the Chief Justice or the Deputy Chief Justice. However, to avoid conflict, you need to be clear that the Deputy Chief Justice should do that only where the Chief Justice is incapacitated and to avoid issues of insubordination."
