    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am moving these amendments on behalf of the Rules and Procedures Committee. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the definition of “petition” by deleting the word “Article” and substituting therefor the words “Article 37 or 119” ; (b) in the definition of “petitioner” by deleting the word “Article” and substituting therefor the words “Article 37 or 119” Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the justification is that in the Order Paper, they have only mentioned on Clause 119 and actually in the Constitution it is both Clause 119 and 37 that talk about petitions to Parliament."
