    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “addressed to the Clerk of the wrong House” appearing in Sub-Section (1) and substituting therefor the words “not addressed to the Clerk of the relevant House”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is just almost a typo. Hon. Members can see that it is written “to the wrong House”. We are saying that there is no “wrong House”. It is more to do with the “relevant House”."
