Hardship allowance is usually given to all officers who are serving in respective areas in whichever Ministry. What we are asking is what regulations have they laid out as a Ministry, that can be enforced, like what the Ministry of Education has done where they compel teachers, once employed in hardship areas, not to leave and it is mandatory for them to stay? That is what we asked."
