Once there is a training going on like it is happening in Samburu, that is where many Kenyans are maimed and killed. So, we need to capture that and say that in the course of exercises by foreign troops--- We know what our troops do. They must not only obey the law, but they must ensure that no unexploded missiles or ordinances are left in the field."
