There is an issue which has been raised here severally and you cannot gloss over it. This is the issue of whether these amendments by hon. Millie Odhiambo have gone through the Committee. You have asked her and she has said that she is not the one who approved. So, you must get clear clarification from the Committee. Members of the Committee have said that these amendments have not gone through the Committee."
