    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose the amendment of hon. Langat because it is already taken care of in Clause 16. We are an African society and where we come from, we have many dependants. The more prominent you are in the society, the more everybody becomes your relative and the salary that you will earn will not be enough. If you are able, you can take a loan and invest in a business somewhere so that you can support the extended family, which is the nature of Africans. So, I propose that we delete Clause 17 because it has been taken care of by Clause 16."
