    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute on this issue. I hope that hon. Members can see the import of what hon. Kimunya has said, with respect to the amendment of the Committee. It is very important that we get the issue; that even if you have one share in a company, that company cannot trade with the Government. That is really the essence of the Committee’s amendment. I wish to urge hon. Members to accept the Committee’s recommendation because if we do otherwise, we will ruin all our public companies in this country. Thank you."
