On the reading of this particular clause, that a person is not eligible for election or appointment if, after a fair administrative process, the court or any entity finds that you have not contravened the Constitution or this Act on matters relating to ethics and integrity---. So, you can be barred from standing for elections even if you have not contravened the Constitution, or even if you have not contravened this Act on matters of ethics and integrity, because a certain body says you have broken their own internal rules. I think it is a very dangerous provision, and we need to support the amendment by Mr. Ruto."
