    "content": "(1) Every State officer shall submit to the Commission a declaration of income, assets and liabilities- (a) before they are elected or appointed into office; (b) within thirty days of being appointed or elected and sworn-in as a State officer; (c) annually, on the first day of November in each year; and; and, (d) within thirty days of ceasing to be a State officer---“ Hon.
