    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister said that one of the wrong things the chief did was to conclude that this was out of hunger. This is a very remote area of Kenya. Could he inform the House what methods they have as a Government for determining people’s deaths? I actually think that the chief and the local people have enough intelligence to know when somebody dies of hunger. Which doctors have you ordered to be conducting postmortem in this area in order to know the cause of death?"
