Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House that a whole chief, whom the Government must have vetted well, and considered that he is someone who can look after a whole flock, would be unable to know that someone has died of hunger? Hunger is something that is so basic that a chief would know who among his subjects have not had food for the last five to 15 days. Is he in order to mislead the House?"
