    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Ministry for sometime has been stating in public that they will do mobile registration this financial year in some of the vast constituencies like North Horr. For most part of this year, it is only once that such an exercise has been done in my constituency and only in one division. I want the Assistant Minister to tell the country and especialy the people of northern Kenya who live in these very vast constituencies, like North Horr which covers more than four provinces of Kenya whether he will initiate mobile registration, as he has said and commit the necessary resources to enable his officers to register Kenyans in those parts of the country where in some areas like Ileret in North Horr Constituency people have not been registered for the last two and a half years?"
