He knows that an identity card is an entitlement of a Kenyan. In my constituency, the people who live in Kendwa, Kaloleni, Manyata, Usoma and Bandani are predominantly Muslim communities, who have to go through the vetting process. Is it in order for him to insist that the vetting process must be applied when he knows that within the Act, there is no provision for vetting at all?"
