    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish the hon. Member was more specific as to which Ministries need that level of the officers’ deployment. As to Ministries of Energy, Industry and Trade which were the subject of this Question, I think I have given the answer. As to the other Ministries, if you do not raise it here, please, take it up with the relevant Ministers. It is the analysis and service delivery that is our key objective. Where it is deficient, we will post staff to render that service. So, let the questions be relevant to each and every Ministry and we will respond."
