    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have put long-term solutions in place. What remains are annual allocations to improve the pension income to the existing retirees. One of the solutions would be to increase the minimum every year if the Budget can allow it. We would keep increasing the minimum or generally give a proportionate rise, but this will be subject to the annual budgetary allocations. Now that the future is addressed, the past can be handled as resources can accommodate."
