As much as you have said that the Report is a post-audit one, the correct position is that it was an investigation Report on the matter, which was referred to the Committee by the House. A decision has to be made by this House on certain aspects, particularly as to whether the Government needs to proceed with the joint venture arrangement in the manner it is currently or as recommended by the Committee through the Report. Therefore, I support that the Report needs to be disposed of as soon as possible"
