    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT clause 6 be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting all the words appearing after the words “of the School”. This seeks to delete the sentence. It simply provides that there shall be a Board of Directors of the School; the reason being that the same provision to that effect is contained in Clause 7 (1). This actually does repeat the same provision. Therefore, we do not have to provide for it twice. So, having done that, it polishes and edits the provision of 6(1) and it is more appropriate that way."
