    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. The point of order that I want to raise is that you heard the Minister for Finance saying that it is important and it has been practised. The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance is appointed to every board, but we are aware that more than half of the corporations have collapsed. They have collapsed when particular permanent secretaries were sitting on them. They added no value and it is important that we shift from that tradition and go to modern good governance and best practices, which do not allow people to hold positions where there is conflict of interest."
