    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 be amended by deleting the words “Cabinet Secretary responsible for finance” appearing after the words “in consultation with” and substituting therefor the words “Salaries and Remuneration Commission”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this amendment is again another standard amendment. It states that the remuneration of board members should follow recommendation of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission rather than the Minister responsible for Finance."
