    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to speak to my legal friends here because this is their Bill. They need to look at the curriculum to teach new lawyers about human rights. Many poor people lose their property because lawyers collude with others to deny them their rights to property. There is also the issue of corruption. Many lawyers today are barred from practice because they connive to take property from people. So, we want the curriculum at the Kenya School of Law to address these issues, so that future lawyers will consider human rights and the interest of the people of Kenya. I support."
