    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, from the answer I got, I would presume that it was my CDF’s documents that were not received, because I was only prosecuting the issue of Limuru. I have, however, marked the percentage of the projects that have been done. Apart from the Limuru project, two others have not commenced. So, there are at least three projects which have not commenced. I am not sure and, therefore, not in a position to confirm that position. For the Limuru project, that is the answer he has given, which is very misleading."
