"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to concur with the Member for Mvita that as far as the market projects are concerned, the Economic Stimulus Package started on the wrong footing. It was initially advertised by the Ministry of Finance. Upon the programme’s transfer to our Ministry, we inherited quite a number of documents which were not in order, and some projects needed to be re-advertised. In the case of the Mvita project, I would like to be advised further by the hon. Member because from the report, I can see that a contractor has been awarded the contract. I believe that there is an existing market in that particular site. So, the hon. Member can give us an alternative site, so that we can get the project taking off."
