Members stormed my office with grievances, we formed a rapid response committee and itemised the issues that needed to be addressed to start the commencement of works. We at one point did not have sufficient funding but we now do have it to ensure that there is absolute completion of each of the projects. If there is any contractor who has been delayed in terms of payment, I would want to know and I will take the necessary action. It is a thorn in the flesh of the Ministry of Local Government that we are going to remove."
