For example, my Committee for Local Government has been investigating a few of them. We have gone to Habaswein whereby the market is 30 per cent complete but upon further investigations we came to find out that all the money, Kshs10 billion, has been misappropriated. So, how will he finish the project in Habaswein when all the money has been misappropriated and only 30 per cent of the project has been completed? Where will he get the extra funding to complete that project tin Habaswein?"
