    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Part (b) of the Question is completely adulterated. I had asked the following question:- “How was the tender awarded and can the Minister give the identities of the directors of the two firms undertaking this contract?” Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what appears on the Order Paper is:- “(b) Could the Minister state the names of the two firms that were awarded the contract?” That means that the Assistant Minister either got the wrong Question from this Parliament or he did not capture the spirit and the wording of this particular Question. What I wanted is the process under which that tender was awarded and the names of the directors of the said companies, which now has not been answered at all."
