He is also accusing the Chair. To me, this is not proper and warranted. What I have brought to the House is the Question I was directed from your office to answer. This is the Question on the Order Paper. So, what I would like to state is that this Question has been adequately answered. Therefore, direct the Member to ask a different Question because I have adequately answered the Question on the Order Paper."
