    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that The Prohibition of Pyramid Scheme Bill, Bill No. 9 of 2012 be read a Second Time. This is a Bill for an Act of Parliament to prohibit certain acts in relation to pyramid schemes and to provide for connected purposes. A pyramid scheme can roughly be defined as an unregulated financial scam, which relies on pyramid investors and to which contribution is made in the hope that contributors are going to get phenomenal and instant returns on their investments."
