"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to ask that when we pass this law, the President should assent to it as quickly as he has done with the other laws that we passed recently, including the constitutional laws, so that we are able to forestall these schemes because some of them are going on even now. In Kisii, we know there are some. They were mentioned by my colleague, Mr. C. Onyancha, and I do not want to repeat it. We have to stop and punish the wrongdoers effectively. We should punish them to deter any other person who would want to go the same direction. I support this Bill and congratulate my colleague, Dr. Khalwale, once again."
