In China, when people like these get away, they are taken to an equivalent of Uhuru Park and executed. I am not suggesting execution, but I am suggesting that we take certain measures. A former Member of Parliament was walking around with a huge amount of money and he was part of the pyramid scheme. We know the person who is a former Member of this Parliament."
