According to evidence collected so far, the group that threatened Samuel Owinda had accused him of kidnapping a school girl, whom the police have established is the same Elizabeth Akinyi that Mrs. Risper Okeyo had reported to have disappeared on her way to school. Following the reports made to the police by the three persons, it was found out that the three reports were inter-related and revolved around the same girl."
