    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have said that it appears that the information that is available in the Ministry is not consistent with the realities on the ground. That is the reason I have directed that the matter be revisited by the Minister, so that he can come and give a more substantive response to the House; on the issue of restoration and also compensation for the members of the community. We do not run a segmented Government. This is a Coalition Government and that rules apply across the board. We have only one President of the Republic of Kenya; there is only one Prime Minister who is also the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya. I chair Cabinet committees, which are attended by Ministers from across the board and I give instructions to all Ministers. So, I have given the instructions now to the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to look into this matter and ensure that restitution and compensation is done to the affected communities."
