    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I had occasion to visit this region when this very unfortunate incident happened. Looking at the people in that region, they are very poor Kenyans; they are people whose only source of livelihood is livestock. I looked at women whose livestock had been driven away by security forces, and that has been confirmed by none other than a departmental Committee of this House. What further confirmation is the Government looking for when there is already a confirmation of what really happened on the ground? We are talking of 4,000 head of cattle."
