    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Prime Minister is giving two conflicting Statements on the same question. He had said earlier that he had ordered the Minister to go back to the ground. Could he come out clearly? Has he ordered the Ministry to compensate the people who lost their livestock in accordance with a report of this House, or is he telling us that he cannot trust a report of this House? The report is very clear and, therefore, there should be no further issue. It should be compensation."
