    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I said that it is not me who is contradicting myself. It is the hon. Member who has asked the same question twice; this is the one which he has asked. I said, and I can repeat it, that consequently, I have directed the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security to revisit the matter in the light of the report by the House Committee on Administration and National Security which the House adopted on 29th September, 2010. The review of the matter will also deal with the question of compensation to the affected communities. The Minister responsible will report to the House on the matter in due course. I see no contradiction."
