"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is an issue which can competently be dealt with by the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and the Ministry of Medical Services. Those are two Ministries and between them, they can deal with it. They can agree that one Minister responds. In this case, they have agreed that the Minister for Medical Services is going to deal with that issue. I hope the Member is only interested in an answer and he is going to get the answer from the Government."
