Member for Eldoret North has been a Member of the Front Bench, and he knows very well that the Government policies are domiciled in the respective Ministries. So, if we are talking about the Government’s plans on agriculture, he knows that it is the Minister for Agriculture who is responsible. If we are talking about industrialization, the Minister for Industrialization is the responsible. If we are talking about the policy on sports, it is the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports who is responsible. So, I can talk about sports, but the Minister can also talk about sports."
