"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if the Prime Minister decides to come here and talk about any issue, as he has now decided to talk about the performance of Team Kenya in the Olympic Games, he must also be able to answer the questions that hon. Members are going to raise. Hon. Members have asked specific questions. We want to know who the joy riders were. We want to know the specific number of officials who were there. Is he in order to just say that he has spoken about joy riders? We want to know how much taxpayers’ money those joy riders spent. He should not just say that he has spoken about joy riders. Let him give us facts, so that we can know what is going on. If he cannot do so, he should delegate the same to the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports."
