    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, as far as preparations were concerned, I have already stated very elaborately in the Statement. However, there were challenges. Hon. Lagat asked about why the athletes went to Oregon or to London earlier. It was a question of strategy. There are those who were saying that the athletes needed to acclimatize to the weather in London and go there earlier. There were others who felt that they should stay in high altitude areas longer. So, it was a question of strategy. Sometimes one works and sometimes it does not work, but we have said that these challenges are going to be addressed."
