    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, following the shooting of a Muslim cleric, one Aboud Rogo on Monday, 27th, which incidentally was the second anniversary of promulgation of the Constitution, the situation in Mombasa has continued to deteriorate. I want to first begin by condemning the shooting of the said cleric. A democracy like Kenya and a country that believes in the rule of law should not entertain whatsoever any extra judicial killing."
