    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, these matters are coming at a difficult time when our nation, together with other nations in Africa, are engaged in helping our neighbour to set out their security issues and, indeed, to build a nation; that is Somalia. We have an interest in the security of our neighbours because it is our security. Therefore, it is the time citizens and all patriotic people must be vigilant to ensure that we support and contribute towards national security and that we resist any acts of provocation. I am appealing to our Christian and Muslim brothers in Mombasa to stand together and borrow a leaf from the Garissa community for standing together in the face of similar provocation."
