Mr. Speaker, Sir, from the outset, I would like to regret the loss of lives that have occurred in our coastal town of Mombasa and condemn the violence that has resulted and turned that beautiful city and coastal region, from the tourism haven that we know it, to a place where people are now fearing to get. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as we do this, I would like to appeal to the people within the coastal region --- They are people we have known for being upholders of peace and it is a place where everyone would like to go. We cannot forget the old adage that entering Mombasa is like a wedding and leaving like a funeral, because nobody wants to leave. It"
