    "content": "Let me thank the leadership of our Christian faith for showing leadership. What we are faced with is something which can explode to uncontrollable levels and it happens all around the world. As leaders, I want to plead that let us do whatever is within our powers to stop it. I am happy that the Government went there to try to talk to the people, but it can do more. The answer lies in the police reforms. We are dilly dallying with the issue of reforming the police. These things cannot happen if the police were accessing intelligence. The Prime Minister was here and I wish he was listening because I want to plead with them to give us the names just tomorrow. Let us initiate the process of police reforms. What is happening is organized. The reaction to the death of Rogo is organized. Yesterday, a Muslim friend from Kisumu sent me a document which is circulating in the mosques. It is a pity that it is circulating and nobody has been arrested. It says that what is happening is as a result of the heathen Kenyan Army which has raided the Muslim state of Somalia. It says that all this was negotiated by the Prime Minister when he went to Israel. I am going to table this document and I want to read only one paragraph. It is written in Kiswahili and I am challenged. It talks about “ mauaji ya SamirKhan ”. It says :-"
