May I also join all colleagues in regretting the death of Sheikh Rogo and more so that he was shot in broad daylight in the company of his children and wife who is in hospital and whom we wish a quick recovery. What has been seen in Wajir, Garissa and Tana River, and now in Mombasa should act as a wakeup call to all of us particularly that we are headed to elections. I want to urge this House together with the Minister for Finance to allocate urgently enough resources to recruit more police officers to help the country as we go towards elections."
