    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in addition to being a trained lawyer, I am also trained not to succumb to blackmail. That is why I want time to determine whether the request for Kshs1.6 million is warranted. I opened by saying that the grandfather of these two Kenyan ladies sold the land to the school, and the school has a title deed. Therefore, I do not want to jump the gun and start agreeing to payment when it has already been made. I must admit that when I went to the school, I met with the Imam who impressed me as an able man. Kindly, allow me this opportunity to hold discussions and report within a month’s time. The school will not be disadvantaged unduly. This is a very homogeneous community of Muslims which should not pay an additional Kshs1.6 million in a situation where they had already paid for the land in 1961. I would hesitate to go that way."
