"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am able to confirm to this House, of course, that Charterhouse Bank Ltd. was closed as a result of failure by them to comply with certain banking prudential guidelines. It would be very difficult for me at this point in time to really confirm or deny if other banks were closed between the same periods as a result of such reasons. That is a Question that can be directed to the relevant Ministry because banking is really in the domain of the Ministry of Finance."
